We offer a comprehensive dealer program complete with sampling programs, showroom displays, photography, dealer materials in print and online, both phone and online quoting and ordering and exceptional service through dedicated account manager and a customer solutions team.

Merida gives you incredibly short lead times for custom rugs! We stock rolls and customize products rught in our Massachusetts facilities so our lead-time is approximately 2-4 weeks from order to shipment for most in-stock items.

  2. We will review your application to determine if there is a fit. Upon acceptance of your application, we will take your order for samples and begin setting up your dealer program.
  3. Receive your sample and dealer materials and complete a product knowledge and quote system training session with your account manager!
